My SDCC 2015 Top 5 Moments
1. Gosh this one is a tie. I would say getting the courage to ask a panel question to the cast of Teen Wolf, and Penguin kisses from Robin Taylor of Gotham were my top favorite moments. I was so nervous to ask a question at the Teen Wolf panel. I believe I had like 5 questions rolling around in my head. Then I decided on: “What would be your character’s Senior Quote?” The responses I got were amazing, and more then I expected. Not to mention that the cast and Kevin Smith gave me kudos for the question. So that was definitely a highlight. The only regret I had was not wearing my Stydia OTP hat.
2. Catching The Walking Dead cast signing. Watching Norman Reedus getting the fans involved and taking video, which he posted later to his personal instagram. I got even more excited when I saw I had made his instagram video.
3. The Originals cast signing,. All of the cast were lovely to meet, and I was able to get some time in talking to talk to them. Phoebe was as beautiful as you would expect ), Daniel Gillies was hilarious talking about his late night and battle with booze, Lean Pipes was a sweetheart, Joseph Morgan, his accent almost had me fainting and was so sweet, Charles Michael Davis was so down to earth and commented on my AU Teen Wolf Cosplay. He told me I looked adorable, and I immediately swooned, . Danielle Campbell is a sweetie and so stunning to look at, and Yusug Gatewood was a pleasure. and I was able to welcome Mr. Gatewood (or just Yusug) to SDCC, to which he was immediately thankful for the comment. And lastly, was Julie Plec whom immediately got my ‘Stydia’ au outfit. She was supportive and loved the look. Julie was absolutely adorable, and I grew into a bigger fan of hers.
4. Game of Thrones cosplay and Experience the Realm. I have never dressed or cosplayed at Comic-Con before, butthe enthusiasm of my cousin, made me want to go all out this year for Comic-Con. It was cool to feel like Game of Thrones royalty as we walked about the exhibit hall, and outside the Experience the Realm. Having swarms of people line around to take your photo, was an amazing feeling.
