Liv, Clive, Ravi, and Major are down at the morgue. Major lets them know that the Max Rager, he found out, is a lock-in party down in their underground parking lot and it’s prison themed. They only have a short time as it opens at 8 and the gates are locked by 10, and nobody is allowed in or out after that. Liv then explains to Clive their plan about breaking into Max Rager and freeing Drake and the other zombies. The only hurdle they have is that the elevator doesn’t go all the way down to the basement without a hand print of someone with authorization. Major has the idea of using Janko’s hand but then comes up that Dr. Wyatt might be able to help as Major had trained him and that he likes him.

Max visits his daughter and tells her that the papers have been signed and that by midnight tomorrow their company will be officially Fillmore-Graves Enterprises.

The zombies that are being locked up, and one of them has already been tested for the cure.  He is placed in another holding cell across from theirs. He is full rage zombie mode and they return to take another from the group and Drake volunteers to do it.

Liv and Major are inside, but have yet to see Dr. Wyatt. Clive then goes down and slips in with the band as he gets into the underground party.

Kenny and another one of Mr. Boss’s lackeys show up at Liv’s apartment where Ravi and Peyton are. They knock Ravi on the head and have Peyton gagged as they take her away. Kenny tells Ravi if he sees Blaine to let him know they have her. And he is by no means to call the police, hear any sirens, et cetera, or else he will kill her.

Liv spots Wyatt and she and Major follow him to the stairwell. Wyatt is with his buddies and they mix the Max Rager drink with the Utopium he had stolen. It immediately turns them into zombies. Clive is a few seconds behind them, and says he was worried as he didn’t hear back from them. They then head down the stairwell when Vaughn and his guys show up. Vaughn expresses he doesn’t like party crashers and for them to take Liv, Major, and Clive to a cell. He then exits and his men are proceeding to grab them when all of a sudden full rage zombies attack. Things get more deadly when the zombies flee and go to find more humans to eat. Liv, Clive, and Major go to check if anybody needs help back at the party location, but when they get there they find everyone dead.

Ravi is knocked out on the floor still until Blaine pats him on the side of the face to wake him up. Ravi explains that they took Peyton as they figured Blaine would go looking for her. Ravi adds it’s because of the “involvement” between Blaine and Peyton.

Major finds their ticket to the basement. One of the guy’s, who has authorization, is dead, and Major hacks off his hand as Liv clips it to the belt she is wearing. Clive hears screams and goes to check if it is survivors then runs as several zombies are chasing him. He, Liv, and Major hide out in a valet ticket booth and shuts themselves inside it.

Ravi and Blaine go to the funeral home only to find Chief has been shot in the head. Blaine finds a stash of weapons and grabs one of the guns and gives one to Ravi. They go to Mr. Boss headquarters, and Blaine takes out one of the lackeys including Kenny. He unties Peyton and Ravi comes in when the Blaine is holding a sobbing Peyton, comforting her.

Clive, Liv, Major are still hiding out and they are running out of ammunition. The top has been breached and they know soon more will come after them. Clive doesn’t want to be eaten alive and that is when Liv offers another option… for her to scratch him.

Suddenly all of the zombies that were surrounding Liv, Clive, and Major are all shot up. Vivian Stoll, who is the head of the Fillmore-Gravs Enterprises, had saved them in the nick of time. She tells them she is gonna head up to the gate and call for reinforcements and gives them more guns. They then proceed to the elevator as they use the hand on the scanner and are taken down to the basement. In one of the cells they find Rita who tells them that she can access the control panel so they can get their zombies as they are right through the door behind. They release her and Liv and Clive go into the next room.

Vaughn then locks the doors. Clive and Liv locked in one area and Rita and Major trapped in another together. They find the zombies and then Liv spots in the glass doors across is Drake. He is fully turned zombie mode. Since Vaughn is now in control of pannel, he releases the door containing Drake and another zombie. Clive kills one and Liv has no choice but to shoot Drake in the head to keep him from killing Clive. Vaughn releases two other full rage zombie in where Major and Rita are at thinking Major is still human, but realizes he isn’t and then releases a poison gas from the vents above that will de-animate them.

Major then raises the gun and shots Vaughn in the hand. Major then uses the axe to break the glass separating between them. Vaughn runs straight into the elevator, but since his hand is all bloody it can’t scan him. Major then opens the elevator doors and climbs to the top of it and closes the panel as the two zombies and Rita rush in after Vaughn. Liv and Clive gather the survivor zombies into Vaughn’s office. Clive and Liv are waiting for the elevator doors to open and when they do they see Rita hovering over Vaughn’s body and eating his brains. Rita then runs out and Major shoots her in the head and climbs out.

A swat team comes in who they work for Vivian Toll.  Liv asks where she is and the leader of the group tells her that she is down securing the parking garage. Liv goes downstairs and she spots on the stage Vivian eating the dead lead singer of Matchbox Twenty’s brains. Vivian reveals that someday soon Seattle is gonna be the capital of the zombie homeland.
