iZombie “Real Dead Housewife of Seattle”
A woman of high class is chattering on the phone when she gets a knock on her front door. Alex Towne, a Realtor, tells her that he has a client that will pay $10 million cash for the place and asks to see the view. He ends up killing her and they both fall off the edge of her property.
Back at the morgue it is discovered that this ‘Alex Towne’ was an imposter and his real name is Joe Fricano, with history in larceny. Clive suspects they are looking for a murder-for-hire since he had her pilates schedule. Liv and Clive go to interview the real Alex. She recognizes the imposter from when she was showing the Mercer Island contemporary, and he was poking around in the bedroom. The owner of the property she tells them is Vaughn Du Clark.
Major finds another zombie and abducts him during a jog in the park at night, and like previous zombies he disposes of the body over the edge of bridge.
Liv and Clive go to visit the CEO of Max Rager, Vaughn Du Clark. While they ask him questions about Taylor (the women who died) and her husband’s relationship and they kind of people they are, Liv gets a vision. She sees Taylor and Vaughn having sex.
On the way out, Liv sees Major outside the office.
Liv and Clive go to see Terrence, Taylor’s husband, to get the details of where he was at the time of the murder. Clive’s last question revolved around Vaughn and Taylor’s affair and Terrence reacts with rage by smashing the glass table when he finds out the news of this.
Major is working out in the gym at Max Rager and takes a sniff from the Utopium drug. Gilda walks in and they end up sharing a sexual encounter together.
While interviewing two of Taylor’s best friends, Liv has another vision. Terrence punches a wall and is full blown angry when he finds out about the affair. Liv quickly tells this info to Clive that Terrence was aware of the affair before they had questioned him and his reaction was just an act.
Liv goes back to the morgue to vent about Major to Ravi. The television is on with a big announcement is that there is a Utopium task force lead by assistant D.A. It happens to be Peyton, Liv’s old best friend and roommate.
Clive goes over the photos of online profiles of everyone Terrence clicked on from Sugar Daddio. Joe’s boss at Performance car stereo is back so he plans on going to have him ID Terrence or not as the mystery client.
Meanwhile, Liv goes with Bethany Miller, Mr. Fowler’s stylist, as her plus one at an invitation only sale at a boutique store.
Clive finds out that it was not Terrence or any of Taylor’s friends, it was Bethany that set up the hire for kill. Bethany and Terrence had hooked up over a year ago, and she was under a different name back then, Harmony, a gold digger. She had an idea she could get more money from her “sugar daddy” if the wife ended up dead and had Joe do the dirty work.
Ravi comes home to a surprise visitor, Peyton.
Liv picks up some alcohol on the way home and when she opens the fridge she finds a Happy Birthday cake waiting for her. Her roommate tells her a girl came by to drop it off and describes her physical appearance. It happened to be Peyton.
The episode ends with Terrence going to confront Vaughn about the next board meeting he would call for a vote and threatens that Vaughn is out. Vaughn tells him to set aside their petty differences as he has been working on something in the lab. Vaughn then locks him in a room in the lab and releases Dr. Holland, a zombie, and he kills Terrence. Vaughn merely watches on the other side of the glass as this happens.
