The truth comes our for the Lance family: what will come of Sara Lance? The anit-vigilante task force is back and why isn’t Felicity Smoak wearing “it?” 

The episode began with the SCPD raiding a drug deal that quickly goes wrong. When the SCPD begin to open fire on the dealers and killing them instantly, viewers are quick to learn that the SCPD is being infiltrated, after two detectives are shot and killed by the anti-vigilante task force . This is revealed later in the episode after team Arrow attack the group and Officer Lance discloses that he recognizes one of the officers. Liza Warner was hired by Officer Lance personally to the vigilante task force.

Officer Lance proved to be a big issue for team Arrow this episode. As Officer Lance was discovered to be working with Damien Darkh by Felicity’s tracking facial recognition through every cop car camera. Oliver is the one to discover the partnership and confronts Officer Lance. Giving one the strongest scenes this season, where Oliver pours his soul to Officer Lance and that his words motivated Oliver to run for Mayor.

Oliver’s run for Mayor of Star City, taking home at a Sebastian Blood’s old campaign office. Oliver gathers the group [John Diggle, Felicity Smoak, Thea Queen, and Laurel Lance] to announce his run for Mayor. The news comes with witty banter and some concern by his team. However, Oliver is determined to protect Starling City and be the face the people can rely on to bring hope. Thea proves to be Oliver’s biggest supporter, getting interns to help with his campaign. This ends with Oliver formally announcing his run for Mayor and giving a powerful speech to the people of Star City.

Some other hightlights of this episode was when viewers discover that Thea is aware of Oliver’s plans to propose to Felicity.  “Why aren’t you wearing it,” Thea shouts to the couple as they arrive to the old campaign office to Sebastian Blood. Felicity’s face is dumbfounded and unsure what Thea meant. Leaving me to wonder just when and how will Oliver propose or tell others in the group about his plan to purpose to Felicity.

• Things to keep in mind and watch for. Sara Lance freed herself from the basement she was being held in by her sister Laurel. Just how much will Sara be herself.
• The glitches in the new Team Arrow lair, is Ray Palmer alive and trying to communicate with Felicity his where abouts? Ray is to be in Legends of Tomorrow spin off series. So leads me to believe we will soon see the A.T.O.M and Ray back in the picture very soon.
