American Horror Story has sucked us into one nightmare we wished we could wake up from. From cringe worthy scenes to horrific death of characters. Season 6 continues to pack the horror into American Horror Story. Here are our highlights for Chapter 8.

Bon Appetit 

Chapter 8 picks up with Lee in a compromising state inside the Polk family home. Viewers were reaching for pillows to cover their eyes when Lee has her flesh shaven from her body while stile coherent. The Polks revealed to Lee that they their family had a long history of cannibalism. Dating back to the Great Depression, with little food and hobos killing their last pig. The Polk family slaughtered the hobos that trespassed on their land and ate them. Creating the family slogan, “If ya ain’t Polk, ya ain’t people!”

Lee tortured did not end there, she had her ear sliced off and saved for a Polk Christmas gift. Jether (Finn Wittrock) begins to play with his food, telling Lee about his families past and the history behind Piggy Man. Lee decides to intrust Jether with a secret of her own. Confessing on camera that she killed her ex-husband, Mason out of fear of losing her daughter Flora. She leaves a tear full farewell for her daughter as she comes to terms with her fate. However Lee gets a glimmer of hope as she catches on to Jether’s affections for her. She toys with the naive hillbilly and seduces him before killing her capture.

Elsewhere in the Polk house Audrey and Monet are being tortured by the remaining Polk family. The cannibal hillbillies method of torture for the two actresses are to extract their teeth. Monet proves to be a fighter when she trickS the Polk boys by breaking free from her chair and using the pliers as a weapon to gain freedom. Monet flees and leaves Audrey behind to be sorted by Mama Polk. Audrey has her tooth extracted and before more could be pulled Lee crashes the dental appointment. An upset Audrey takes out her feelingS on Mama Polk by bashing her head in before the two flee back to the Farmhouse.

Goodbye Millers

 A distraught Shelby seeks out comfort from Dominic after she brutally killed her husband, Matt and watches on as Agnes is murdered by the real Butcher. Shelby and Dominic try to escape the farmhouse but are greeted by the Chen family. The Chen family creepily chases Shelby and Dominic through out the house, where Dominic is attacked by Piggy Man. The two make a hasty move back upstairs to the bathroom as the ghost ascend on them.

Shelby laughs as the two of them are back in the same room where they had started their plan to escape. Shelby comes to terms that she is going to die and her only hope of survival would have been through the help of Matt. Out of desperation, Shelby slits her throat and kills herself. Dominic waits out the night in the bathroom, until Lee and Audrey make their appearance. Lee upset about what happened to her brother (Matt) and now Shelby, believes that Dominic killed the both of them. She savagely leads Dominic out of the room and into the house where he greeted by Piggy Man to be slaughtered.

Knowing that Lee, Audrey and Monet are the last survivors and only one will survive the nightmare. Who do you think it will be? Or could it be the random cast member who was a little late to the show?
